A. Prior to the reservation date, the property Owner will send you a copy of the rental confirmation. We recommend that you verify your arrival with the resort before your trip. Your funds are securely held in escrow for your security.

Q. Can we transfer the timeshare to our Family Trust?

A. Certainly, this type of transfer is quite typical. We will require a Certificate of Trust to complete this request.

Q. How long will this take?
A. The whole procedure typically lasts between four to eight weeks. This timeframe relies on how fast you finalize your responsibilities and send the documents back to us.
